Epical is proud to announce that we have received two major recognitions from our owner, Osuuskunta KPY, at the Synergy event held in Tahko on 8–9 January 2026: Company of the Year and The Sustainability Act of the Year.
These awards reflect Epical’s strong progress across strategic, cultural, and operational dimensions. According to KPY’s motivation, Epical has successfully carried out a systematically led and results‑driven change, with all key KPI metrics developing in the right direction. The expansion of the ownership base has created a strong foundation for the company’s next phase, and employee experience has improved significantly.
