Epical’s ESG work is guided by a clear ambition: to operate responsibly, transparently and with long-term value creation at the core. Sustainability is embedded in our strategy, culture and day-to-day decision-making, from talent development and leadership to customer delivery and business operations.
Our approach is aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and informed by a double materiality assessment, helping us focus on the areas where we can create the greatest impact – both for society and for Epical’s long-term resilience.

Our ESG work is led by a cross-functional ESG team representing Management, HR, Finance and Communications. Together with Epical’s leadership team and Board of Directors, the team ensures that environmental, social and governance considerations are integrated across the organisation and aligned with our long-term strategy.
