Leadership

Märit Sareyko holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Linköping University. She has previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Valtech Nordics and as Chief Information Officer at Stora Enso.

Märit has strong expertise in change management and a deep understanding of the Nordic IT market. She has been Chief Executive Officer of Epical since April 1, 2024.

Nathalie Kuosa holds a Master’s degree in Business Management and a Master’s degree in Philosophy. She previously served as Chief Financial Officer and Director of Sustainable Development at Evitec.

With 19 years of experience in the IT industry, she has held leadership roles across finance, human resources, and IT management. Nathalie joined Epical’s executive team on April 1, 2024.

Magnus Strömer holds degrees in Business Administration and Entrepreneurship and has completed executive training at IBM Business School. He previously held leadership positions at IBM and Enfo, focusing on sales, strategic alliances, and business development. 

With more than 30 years of experience in the IT industry, he has extensive expertise in system integration, business growth, and strategic partnerships. Magnus joined Epical’s executive leadership team in September 2021. 

Samu Koskinen holds an MSc in Technology from Helsinki University of Technology. He previously served as Vice President, Sales at Evitec Solutions, where he spent 10 years leading sales and business development. 

Samu has 20 years of experience in the IT industry, with strong expertise in sales, business leadership, and the banking, finance, and ICT sectors. He joined Epical and the executive leadership team in January 2025. 

Christer Nordlander holds a Master’s degree in Business Management from Stockholm School of Economics. He has previously served as Director at EY, focusing on the technology sector. 

Christer has more than 30 years of experience in professional services, spanning management consulting, technology consulting, transformation leadership, and investment banking.  He joined Epical and the executive leadership team on October 1, 2025. 

Pierre Sundgren has studied Business and Financial Management at London Business School, INSEAD and Boston University. He previously served as Sales Director and Head of Sales at Orange Business Sweden and Head of Sales at IBM Sweden (Manufacturing and Finance). 

Pierre has 28 years of experience in the IT industry, with strong expertise in leading sales teams, building sales cultures, driving growth through strategic partnerships, and developing people and teams. He joined Epical and the executive leadership team in March 2026.  

Petra Finnström holds a Master of Science in Business and Economics, International Business, from Uppsala University. She has previously served as Head of Unit and Manager of Operations, with extensive experience in customer-facing leadership roles across delivery, account, and client management. 

Petra has more than 20 years of experience in the IT industry, including 15+ years in leadership roles, with experience from strategy to delivery. She joined Epical’s executive leadership team in June 2026. 

Niklas Thulin holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science. He began his career as a software developer designing and delivering business-critical solutions for complex organizations, and has since held leadership roles across technology, business development, sales, and strategy within the Nordic IT industry. 

Niklas has extensive experience in digital transformation, integration, and data-driven business development, combining commercial insights with a strong understanding of technology and market opportunities. He joined Epical’s executive leadership team in October 2024.
